There is absolutely no better way I could have started off my week than by Cracker Barrel pancakes. Probably one of my most favorite things in the entire world is their pancakes. I love the way my family can find ways to make it feel like we are on vacation when the only thing we are celebrating is a day off of school. I can already feel that this week is going to be a good one.
